A short overview of why information is used and who needs access to manage the service.
Information is used to administer accounts and membership and to provide the portal features that a person chooses to use.
Administrators can access records needed to review membership, moderate the community, manage events, and answer support requests. Information is not sold.
What is recorded
The list below reflects the features currently present in the PADFSG theme. Optional information is recorded only when you use the related feature.
Name, email address, password stored by WordPress in protected form, contact and location details, profession, workplace, organisation, professional interests, biography, referee details, and any profile photo or CV you upload.
Membership review and activation status, onboarding progress, and the UTC date and document version recorded when you accept the Terms & conditions and Privacy information.
Saved resources, recently viewed resources, download history, member comments submitted for review, and event registrations including attendee name, email, status, event, and registration time.
Personal event titles, dates, times, locations, notes, tasks, completion state, and read-notification state. The portal also creates a secret calendar-feed token. Anyone with that feed link may be able to read the calendar information it exposes, so do not share it.
Messages, replies, referenced resources, reports, moderation state, email-notification preference, and the time the community was last viewed. Community content is visible within the member area and may be reviewed by administrators.
Ticket subject and message, category, priority, affected page, optional device or browser description, ticket status, and the administrator response. Ticket updates may be sent to your account email address.
WordPress uses authentication and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect form submissions. The portal stores one browser setting for whether the sidebar is collapsed. This theme does not add an analytics tracker.
The portal can show account details before sending an eligible applicant to a configured external checkout. Card details are not entered or stored by this theme. The payment provider will handle transaction data under its own privacy terms.
